Peter has been involved in the housing industry for most of his life, soaking up skills from his parents, who moved often and either designed and built, or renovated and decorated one home after another throughout his childhood. He graduated from college as a Mechanical Design Technician and took those skills with him into the housing industry, designing roof truss systems for a builder in Calgary for several years. He often represented his employer at trade shows and National Home Shows where he was introduced to the sales industry. He yearned to be self employed though, and eventually a career change led him to sales. By 1984 he had his real estate license and found the niche that to this day keeps him motivated and fulfilled. He is most satisfied by helping others fulfill their dreams of home ownership. In 1987 Peter, with his wife Wendy and their three children, had settled into Kawartha Lakes cottage country in Fenelon Falls, Ontario. After a couple of years back in the design industry with another housing related company, Peter once again was selling real estate. By 1996 he had opened his own brokerage, working from his home office, assisted by Wendy (wife and life partner). In 2005 Wendy also had her real estate license. They purchased another property to run the business from, and renamed the brokerage Fenelon Falls Real Estate Ltd, which they co-own to this day. Living, working and playing in the Kawartha Lakes has given Peter an extensive knowledge of this location with its many lakes and rivers on and off the Trent Canal System. Throughout their marriage Peter and Wendy have followed in their parent's footsteps designing, building, renovating and decorating both their own homes and their investment properties. Peter has furthered his education to add to his experience in investment real estate. He also has experience in commercial and industrial real estate. His creative and positive outlook with real estate has led to a thriving career, where he is known for his integrity and honesty. Peter and Wendy chose to keep the company small and family oriented, based on the philosophy that quality is more important than quantity and gives Peter his preferred 'hands-on' experience to satisfy his clients' goals. For several years he and Mark Rozon have worked together to create a dynamic team, helping many people fulfill all their real estate needs.

Mark was born and raised in Toronto, and is no stranger to the Kawartha Lakes. Vacationing in Fenelon and visiting his retired parents he grew to love the area. In 2007 Mark decided to quit his Management role in Pharmaceuticals and open a restaurant in Fenelon Falls which he ran successfully with his wife for several years. Seeking a career change, Mark took on real estate and gladly took mentorship with Peter Witt. He has now been with Fenelon Falls Real Estate for over 5 years. Mark lives off-grid in the Kawartha Lakes with his wife and two boys and they are enjoying all that the area has to offer. Overview

Edenshaw Developments Limited has proposed a mixed use development which includes two high-rise towers and a 6 story podium, containing retail units, fronting Hurontario with low-rise townhouses along Grange Drive. It has been designed as an iconic landmark to act as a marker both during the day and at night. The proposed towers are 36 storeys and 22 storeys in height with the north tower being taller and closer to Hurontario and the south tower being lower and significantly setback minimizing the overlap between towers; designed to provide a visual break reducing the bulk of the building and also reducing the impact of shadows on adjacent lands.

A well landscaped multipurpose courtyard with pedestrian and vehicular access from Hurontario serves as the heart of the development and is the focal point around which the building components are arranged. Access to the underground parking for residences is discreetly located past the courtyard at the north end of the site.

The 3 story townhouses fronting Grange Drive are back-to-back with units on Grange which are wider than townhouse developments to the south and narrower townhouses facing inward to the courtyard. Parking for the townhouses will be provided below grade with an elevator and stairs leading to a common corridor to provide townhouse residents’ access to their units at grade level.
